FOREVER 31
BOYD EUGENE HENDERSON
January 27, 1995 - April 14, 2026
Hagerstown, Maryland
‘TREY’
On January 27th, 1995, a little boy came into the world. On his birth certificate, they etched the name Boyd Eugene Henderson. But to the world, and to everyone who would come to know and love him, he was simply Trey.
Trey had a kind heart, something this world could use a whole lot more of. He loved the people and things in his life with everything he had, held nothing back. He loved the outdoors, he loved dogs, and he loved fishing.
But nothing lit him up quite like his children. He was a proud father through and through.
And it is through those children that Trey lives on. Gone from this world too soon, but never truly gone. The love he planted in the hearts of those around him grows still. That is how a person becomes permanent.
That is exactly what Trey did.
His mother wants the world to hear this clearly. Trey did not choose to go. He was supposed to have more tomorrows. More time. More everything. That was stolen from him, and she will not let that be forgotten. Behind every life lost this way is a person who deserved better, and Trey was one of them.
And if she could say one last thing to him, she already knows what it would be. What it will always be.
I love you.
