BRIANNA NICOLE LEFFEL

FOREVER 25

Brianna Nicole Leffel was born with the kind of light that could never be dimmed. Her piercing blue eyes and blonde hair made her easy to spot in a crowd, but it was her spirit that truly set her apart. She was playful, bold, and full of love. Her mom lovingly called her “Princess Bear,” and to those who knew her best, she will always be that same joyful, soft-hearted girl who made life brighter just by being in it.

Brianna was a cheerleader, a softball player, a devoted daughter, and a loyal friend. She loved spending time with those she cared about more than anything else. She had a gift for making people feel seen, safe, and deeply loved. Her mother shared, “She loved her time with friends and family. Her smile was everything.” That smile could change the mood in a room, and her laugh still echoes in the memories of everyone who knew her.

Above all else, Brianna was a mother. She had two beautiful sons, Camden and Kaiser, who were the center of her world. She gave them her whole heart and fought every day to be present for them. Her family shared, “Camden and Kaiser miss and love you.” Those boys carry her spirit in their eyes and in their hearts. Every time they laugh, every time they look up at the sky, she is there.

Brianna battled addiction, a fight that too many face in silence. Her story is not one of shame, but of love and loss and the deep human need for understanding. She would want others to know the truth of what she went through so they might be spared the same pain. Her family says, “If you are on drugs, get help.” These words are not meant to judge, but to save.

Her mother still aches with the memory of the last time she saw her. “I wish we would’ve spent the evening together. I had a feeling that might be the last. Love and miss you, babygirl.” There are moments we wish we could return to, things we wish we could change, but above all, Brianna’s family wishes they had more time.

Her mother wrote, “You were my baby. My pretty blue-eyed, blonde-haired girl. You struggled with this drug and lost the battle. You had two beautiful boys who love you so much and miss you. I wish we had more time with them. Till we meet again. Love, Mom.

Brianna was more than her struggle. She was joy, laughter, and love. She lived with all she had, even when it was hard. And she gave all she could to the people she loved.

She will never be forgotten.
She will always be loved.
And she will always be Brianna.
