CHASITY NICOLE
(MERCEDES) NORRIS
FOREVER 29
"Chasity was my middle child, the goofy one, no filter, no remorse, taught me a lot about living."
- her mother
Chasity Nicole Norris was the kind of person who couldn’t be ignored—vivid and unapologetically herself, she didn’t just move through life; she lit it up. She had this way of shaking up the ordinary, leaving laughter and a little chaos in her wake, reminding everyone that life wasn’t meant to be tiptoed through.
As the middle child, Chasity claimed her place with a boldness that set her apart. She was the goofy one, the one who said what everyone else was too polite to say, the one who taught her family what it meant to really live. She had no filter, no hesitation, and absolutely no regrets, and that’s exactly what made her unforgettable.
Her laughter was contagious, her energy magnetic, and her presence impossible to ignore. Chasity didn’t just teach lessons in the traditional sense; she taught by example. She taught her family that life isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being real. She reminded them to embrace the mess, to laugh at the unexpected, and to find joy in the simplest of moments.
Losing Chasity feels like the world has lost a bit of its color, a little of its spark. But in the memories she leaves behind, her spirit remains. It’s in the wild stories that start with, “Remember when Chasity…” and the laughter that still echoes even in her absence.
Her family remembers her not just as their daughter, their sister, but as their teacher, their spark, their reminder that life is best lived out loud.
