TRAVIS WADE RIDENOUR
FOREVER 39
“The best brother and uncle you’d ever meet. The one who always lit up the room and made sure everyone else was alright.” - his loved one
Travis “Snook” Ridenour wasn’t just someone’s brother or someone’s uncle—he was the brother and uncle. The one who’d show up with that big, easy smile and make you feel like everything was going to be okay. He had this magic about him, the kind that made even the hardest days feel lighter, and he shared it freely with anyone lucky enough to know him.
Snook wasn’t loud or over the top; he didn’t have to be. His presence alone carried weight. Whether it was cracking a perfectly timed joke or just sitting beside you when words weren’t enough, he had a way of making you feel seen, like you mattered. That’s just who he was—steady, kind, and full of a love that was as effortless as breathing.
He didn’t just light up a room; he made it warmer, too. And while he always had your back, he never made a big deal about it. Checking in, helping out, making sure everyone else was okay—that’s what Snook did, because that’s who he was.
Without him, the silence feels heavy. The world seems a little dimmer. But Snook’s light didn’t leave when he did—it lingers in the memories of his laugh, his kindness, and the way he made life better just by being there.
Rest easy, Snook. You’re missed more than words can say, loved beyond measure, and remembered in every smile and laugh you gave to the people who were lucky enough to know you.
